Highly Effective Strikes
Traditional punches are more like thrusts than strikes. That’s why they only do one at a time. We teach you how to throw punches in bunches. It’s like a machine gun vs a single-shot pistol.
Mobility and Evasion
Traditional martial arts teaches students to get into deep stances. Kickboxing teaches you to keep your legs under you so you can move easily. The deeper your stance the less mobile you become.
Air Tight Defense
Traditional martial arts students are taught to extend their blocks to step forward to meet the attacking strike. We teach you to protect the target instead. It’s safer to keep your guard tight.
